Question One

During the Revolutionary War, the colonists were extremely unhappy with the way the British were treating them. The colonies looked to Britain as their mother country, or a country that was supposed to take care of them. But instead of taking care of them, Britain took advantage of the colonies and made it very hard for them to live happily in their new country. Do you think that the colonists over-reacted to being ruled by the British and acted worse than how the British treated them? Explain your answer.

Welcome Message

Hello all,

My name is Joe Emborsky, and you will be using this blog throughout the duration of this school year to answer questions, post summaries, and ask any questions to either myself or your peers. A new blog question will be posted once a week, and you are expected to reply in a one paragraph answer by the Friday of that week. We will go through how to work this site and what is expected for your own blogs when I assign them to you.

Have a great day,

J. Emborsky
